How do I register to receive a COVID-19 vaccine?

Everyone can get vaccinated against COVID-19, if you have not registered before, start by registering through the Get Vaccinated provincial registration system.

If you have already registered, you will be notified by email, text or phone call when it's your turn to book an appointment for your next dose.

If your contact information has changed since your last dose of COVID-19 vaccine, please update your contact information in the Get Vaccinated system.

Initial series

Everyone aged six months and older living in B.C. is eligible to get vaccinated. Two doses are required to complete your initial series for most people in B.C., and some people need a third dose in their initial series for better protection against severe illness.

Updated vaccines

Updated COVID-19 vaccines that help to protect against the latest variants will be available in fall 2023. Getting an updated COVID-19 vaccine dose can help maintain and lengthen your level of protection against COVID-19, because immunity may wane over time. Get an updated COVID-19 vaccine this fall.

B.C.’s fall vaccination campaign will be based on the latest recommendations from the National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI). NACI currently recommends that most people get their next vaccine dose in fall 2023, when updated vaccines will be available that help to protect against the latest variants.

More information about a fall COVID-19 vaccine will be available in the coming months.

Mixing mRNA vaccine types

There are no safety concerns with mixing vaccine brands or types. Learn more about mixing MRNA vaccines.

Where can I find the date of my previous dose(s) of vaccine?
