Alexis in the Emergency Ward provided exceptional care to our mother, while she was in the ER. She was patient, kind, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional care. She made the effort to learn Punjabi so she could provide quality care to patients that only speak Punjabi. Our mother only speaks Punjabi, so she really appreciated this. Abraham in ER was also extremely helpful. You are very fortunate to have such dedicated staff. They were a blessing to us.

I just wanted to say thank you and give some recognition to my nurse today Nicoletta. She has been very kind and very comforting. It makes a world of difference to have someone there who really cares and wants to see you feel better. Thank you so much for your kindness Nicoletta.

I have been here for a few days now, and just wanted to say thanks to the good nurses I have had. I have horrible anxiety and depression and having a good nurse can really make all the difference in my ability to stay positive. I just would like her to know she has made a difference in my stay, and that I really appreciate her. I believe her name is Charlene. Even though it was really busy, she did a fantastic job staying on top of things and most importantly, she really cared about how I felt and my well-being. Katherine came in later that night and she was also very kind. Thanks for being awesome guys, you really make a difference.

I was having a pretty rough go of it earlier in the night, but yet again I was lucky in the nursing department, with not one but two wonderful nurses: Montana and Kiran. They are both so compassionate and caring and I feel more at ease here tonight then I have since I came in. They are always making sure I have what I need and that I am ok. But more than that, they were able to ease my anxious mind (which not a lot of people can do) and reassure me that none of my questions or worries were silly. I am forever grateful for nurses like these ladies, they make being at the hospital a lot easier and a lot less scary. So thank you Montana and Kiran for being so caring, and for helping make this easier. You guys have a hard job but you handle it so gracefully and really know how to put people's fears and anxiety to rest.

I just wanted to say how awesome Karen (RN) and Dr. Baker are. I feel very lucky to have them on my team. I feel well taken care of and most importantly, I do not feel judged or looked down upon for my anxiety/PTSD struggles. It seems mental health can still be very hard for some to grasp and empathize with, but not for these guys! I have honestly been very pleasantly surprised by the majority of the staff working here! Very compassionate and kind people. They are exactly how you would hope and envision your doctor and nurses to be. Every time I finish writing a compliment, I get introduced to yet another amazing member of your team. I did not want to leave anyone out who has been so kind and helpful to me here! Things would be a lot harder without them and I feel they deserve the recognition for making this hard time much easier to bear. So thank you Karen, Doreen, Chris, Charlene, Kiran, Montana, Dr. Baker and Nicoletta!
