I was a patient in the surgical day care ward. The nurses were professional and caring, especially Sandeep and Jenny. I made a donation because of my experience.
For Langley Memorial Hospital
I’m writing to give commendation to the following team members that assisted me on yet another jaw dislocation. First Diane, I believe she was head nurse that day, organizing patients … She gets things done with ease … Thank you Diane for not just yesterday but every time you see me in the ER.
Dr. Lyle I would like to commend as well … Thank you Dr. Lyle for the treatment plan that you put in for other doctors to follow when I do come in. My nurses Melissa and Michael were amazing and they were funny, calm and always had their eye on me. Thank you so much for everything that you do, not just with me but with all the patients that you treat.
Dr S. Dhalwal, thank you for helping me. I know that you had a full plate of patients but yet you took the time to understand and took the time to listen to me. Please know that words cannot express the amazing care I receive[d] from this team. Keep up the amazing work.
For the Delta home health office
I have been visiting the Delta Home Health Care facility on Clarence Taylor Crescent. I have different appointments with various nurses; they were all very attentive and knowledgeable.
I have nothing but good things to say about the treatment and care I received. Also Dian the physiotherapist went above and beyond with her care and concern.
I had my final appointment with the nurses. I now have a green light to start the exercises at home again.
