For Abbotsford Regional Hospital

I recently visited the Surgical Day Care Unit for a medical procedure. During my visit, I received top-quality and professional care, which left me feeling comfortable and relaxed. Thank you.

Thank you, Dr. Akhtar, for phoning me for a follow up. Your patient care goes above and beyond, especially when I experienced health issues, and you made yourself available. It is difficult to put into words how much I appreciate your patient care. Thank you doesn’t seem enough but thank you for everything.

For Eagle Ridge Hospital

I visited the Emergency Department at Eagle Ridge Hospital due to health complications from a routine procedure. I was admitted quickly, and within two hours, I had a CT and a doctor's consult promptly. Over the next three days, I received wonderful care from the nurses, doctors and other staff. Thank you all.

For Peace Arch Hospital

Thank you to the staff at reception and the Nuclear Medicine Unit at Peace Arch Hospital. Everyone provided wonderful care. I was anxious and nervous about the procedure, but the staff were caring and understanding. Thank you so much.

I was admitted to the Emergency Department at Peace Arch Hospital for appendicitis. The staff in the Emergency, Surgical and Post-Operative Departments were fantastic. It was a quick, smooth process, and everyone was great. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

For Ridge Meadows Hospital

We had to take our young child to the Emergency Department at Ridge Meadows Hospital after a bad fall. The physician and nurses were unbelievably amazing with her and us. I just wanted to express my gratitude for the remarkable care they provided a scared mom and daughter.

For the Ridge Meadows Urgent and Primary Care Centre

My dad was treated for his burns at the Ridge Meadows Urgent and Primary Care Centre. Everyone was so kind and caring. He did not feel rushed during his visits and was always left smiling after being helped. Thank you to everyone.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

Thank you to Dr. Choi in the Emergency Department at Royal Columbian Hospital. I couldn't believe how quickly she processed her patients while maintaining a kind, calm demeanour. She was amazing.

I spent three days in the Emergency Department at Royal Columbian Hospital due to seizure and stroke concerns. During my stay, the nurses looking after me were outstanding. Thank you, Nurses Matt, Kate, Kelly and Frieda, for keeping me comfortable and calm in a very stressful situation. Their kindness and care were exemplary.

For Surrey Memorial Hospital

Thank you, Nurse Kate in the Pediatric Emergency Department at Surrey Memorial Hospital. She immediately knew the source of my son's injury and promptly corrected it so he wouldn't be in pain. Once a popsicle remedy was underway, she educated us on how the injury occurs and what to be careful of, so it doesn't happen again. We were scared and worried until Nurse Kate expertly stepped in. Thank you.

I would like to thank the staff on the fifth floor for the care, compassion and professionalism they provided my mother and family until her passing. I want to give a special thank you to one staff member in 5E, who we only knew as Nurse Franco. He went far beyond expectations to help and make my mother as comfortable as possible. Thanks to all again.

For the Surrey-Newton Home Health Office

I receive care from exceptionally kind, caring and knowledgeable care aides who do an excellent job ensuring all my needs are met. The days they visit my home are much brighter. Thank you Paramjit, Jasbir, Gurwinder and Jagit. You are appreciated.
