For Abbotsford Regional Hospital

I was recently admitted to the Emergency Department at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. Even though it was busy, the nurses and doctors worked hard to ensure everyone was comfortable and their needs were met. Thank you.

For Burnaby Hospital

I wanted to say thank you to the staff in the Surgical Day Unit at Burnaby Hospital. Nurse Melissa who got me prepped for surgery, Dr. Dickeson, Dr. Faraji and the two nurses in the Operating Room were fantastic. Thank you.

For Delta Hospital

My wife had a procedure at the Delta Hospital Surgical Day Unit and was attended to by Nurse Carolyn. We were mightily impressed by her professionalism, upbeat manner and general joie de vivre. In my 70 years, I have had numerous encounters with our medical system, but seldom has anyone impressed me as much as Carolyn. She is an extraordinary professional and a credit to Fraser Health and Delta Hospital. Carolyn is the best; well done.

For Eagle Ridge Hospital

I brought my daughter to the Emergency Department at Eagle Ridge Hospital for a broken arm. She was in a great deal of pain, but we were seen promptly and cared for kindly and compassionately by everyone we met, especially Patient Care Coordinator Caroline and Dr. Chung. Thank you.

Thank you to Dr. Handel for providing us with hope. My husband and I have been struggling with his traumatic brain injury and Dr. Handel's kindness and expertise was so appreciated. I can’t thank him enough for his care.

For Newton Community Dialysis Unit

I would like to thank the incredible staff at the Newton Community Dialysis Unit. They make it a warm, inviting environment that I look forward to seeing every other day. Kidney failure could be scary, sad or even stressful, but I always feel safe and confident thanks to the staff here. They take top-notch care of me physically and mentally, putting my mind at ease. It feels like a second home and family.

For Peace Arch Hospital

Thank you, Geriatric Nurse Haley, in the Emergency Department at Peace Arch Hospital, for being so wonderful. She spent time talking with me, answering my questions and sharing knowledge. She was so kind and patient; you can tell she loves her job. I was very grateful that she came to see my dad. Thank you, Haley.

For Ridge Meadows Hospital

I went into anaphylactic shock and was rushed to the Emergency Department at Ridge Meadows Hospital. The amazing hospital staff wasted no time administering an EpiPen followed by an IV, saving my life. They showed me such kindness while monitoring me for the next five hours. I will never forget what they did for me. Thank you.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

I want to thank the staff in the Cardiac Centre 2 North at Royal Columbian Hospital for their high level of professionalism and dedication. Keep up the great work.

I had the best experience when I gave birth to my daughter at Royal Columbian Hospital. The labour and delivery nurses and doctors were great. I wanted to give a big shoutout to Nurse Jess for being fantastic. Thank you.

I would like to thank the fabulous team in the Operating Room and Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Royal Columbian Hospital during my cholecystectomy procedure. The care team was caring and compassionate. Thank you to the top-notch health care professionals who made my experience comfortable.

I recently visited the Emergency Department at Royal Columbian Hospital. While it was busy, it was evident the staff team was working constantly, diligently, professionally and most importantly, with as much consideration, kindness and compassion as possible. They were all great; thank you.

For Royal Columbian Hospital and Surrey Memorial Hospital

I was taken by ambulance to Royal Columbian Hospital for a CAT scan and then to Surrey Memorial Hospital, where I met with Dr. Chamberlain and Dr. Samarasekera. In every instance, I was treated quickly and with care and kindness. All the staff were amazing; I could not imagine better treatment. Thank you so much.

For Surrey Memorial Hospital

I had a great experience when I brought my daughter to the Emergency Department at Surrey Memorial Hospital. I appreciated the prompt check-in and the compassion my daughter and I received. I am beyond grateful to this team.

I wanted to thank the staff at Surrey Memorial Hospital for the care, compassion and professionalism they gave to my mother and family. I want to give a special thank you to one staff member in 5E, Nurse Franco. He went far beyond expectations to make my mother as comfortable as possible. Thank you again to everyone.

Thank you, Nurse Ken, for helping during the labour and delivery of my first baby. I was having a difficult time, but I felt blessed and fortunate to be looked after by Nurse Ken. He was incredible beyond words, and I cannot thank him enough for everything he did. He assisted me throughout my delivery process right up until I held my baby for the first time. Thank you again, Ken.
