For Burnaby Hospital

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for two outstanding nurses, Bobby and Yang, who supported us during our time in Emergency Zone 2 at Burnaby Hospital.

Although they were not assigned to my husband’s care, they consistently went above and beyond to help us. During a very stressful and uncertain time, their kindness, attentiveness and willingness to step in made a meaningful difference in our experience. They took the time to check in on us, offer guidance and ensure we felt comfortable and cared for.

What stood out just as much was how they treated everyone around them - not only patients, but also fellow staff and housekeeping teams - with genuine respect and warmth. Their professionalism and compassion truly reflect the highest standards of care.

Their presence made a difficult situation feel much more manageable, and we are incredibly grateful for the support they provided.

Please extend our heartfelt thanks and recognition to Bobby and Yang. They are a true credit to your hospital and embody the kind of care every patient hopes to receive.

For Chilliwack General Hospital

The nurses and doctors at Chilliwack General Hospital were amazing. I had cancer surgery and due to the treatment I received, I feel great. Thank you again.

For Langley Memorial Hospital

My wife’s delivery of our baby was an amazing experience at Langley Memorial Hospital. Dr. Odell was fantastic and very knowledgeable. All of the staff and nurses were incredibly kind. I want to give special thanks to Nurse Rayne, who spent a lot of time with us, shared very helpful information and even helped give our baby his first bath.

For Surrey Memorial Hospital

My husband was discharged from Surrey Memorial Hospital T7. We were very impressed with the nurse who discharged him. She explained everything in detail about his medication, follow up appointments, etc. and answered any questions that we had. He had very good care in the Cardiac Ward for which we are very thankful.
