For Burnaby Hospital
I had an absolutely wonderful ultrasound with Eric, the technician, at Burnaby Hospital. He was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. His beside manor made a stressful time that much better. He went above and beyond, and I can't thank him enough!
For Eagle Ridge Hospital
I want to say a big thank you to Dr. Smith who gave me the best care last week when I came to the Eagle Ridge Hospital Emergency Department. I couldn’t have asked for better care. I am really glad she made me feel better.
For Peace Arch Hospital
I attended the Peace Arch Hospital Emergency Department for severe abdominal pain. I wanted to provide feedback to my care team which included nurses Kari, Catherine and Arsh, and Dr. Hendry. The nursing staff promptly recognized that I was extremely unwell and provided me appropriate treatment. Dr. Hendry was effective, efficient and compassionate. Kudos to the whole team!
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
I brought my sick baby to the Surrey Memorial Hospital Pediatric Emergency Department. The triage nurse saw us quickly and was very kind and comforting. She gave my family confidence that my baby was okay while keeping us updated on when we would be seen by the doctor. She even brought out a toy for my baby to play with. The resident doctor who cared for us was also knowledgeable, personable and put us at ease. Thank you all for your compassionate care. My family is so grateful.
