For Chilliwack General Hospital
I thought I was having a medical emergency. The Ambulance Team were amazing, and all the Chilliwack General Hospital Emergency Department staff were awesome, efficient, fast, sweet and caring. I'm so very grateful for their quick assistance.
For Ridge Meadows Hospital
The staff were professional and efficient. My son was seen and prescribed medication. When we tried to find the cafeteria, we were lost and a staff noticed our look of confusion and offered us directions. It was overall a good experience, thank you.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
Nurse Simone (3 South) at Royal Columbian Hospital is an excellent nurse who provides professional care to her patients. She fulfills requests cheerfully and is kind and hard working.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
Family road trip gone wrong: My mom, dad, sister and two kids were on a trip. Our plan was to leave YEG, stay in Valemount, Surrey and Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast and then back. Unfortunately, when we arrived in Surrey my father got terribly ill and was admitted to Surrey Memorial Hospital. It was an exhausting, emotional and scary time. Thank you to all the staff in the Emergency Department and 5West Medicine for their kindness.
