We would like to inform you of upcoming roadwork on Kincaid Street at the Burnaby Hospital campus.
As part of ongoing upgrades to Burnaby Hospital, contractors will be paving and repainting a portion of Kincaid Street (see map below).
Work hours
July 23 – July 25 & July 28: 0700 – 1500 hrs.
Construction impacts
- Eastbound and westbound lane will alternate being temporarily unavailable. Single-lane alternating traffic will be in place.
- Please anticipate additional moderate noise and vibration during the work.
Transit impacts
- Please visit Translink.ca for bus information during the construction period.
- Bus stop (Eastbound Kincaid St @ MacDonald Ave, Stop ID: 51539) will be temporarily moved 0.5 km east down the street during eastbound lane closures on July 23, 24 and 25 (see map for location).
- Buses will still be operating on Kincaid Street.
- Please allow for extra travel time in case of any possible delays.
