For Eagle Ridge Hospital
Thank you and a big shout out to the staff, nurses and doctors at Eagle Ridge Hospital. I was admitted to the Emergency Department with difficulty breathing, thinking it was just complications from a bad cold—but it turned out to be a serious respiratory infection. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received.
For Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre
Dr. Broderick at the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre is amazing. She never rushes, listens attentively and is thoughtful in both her diagnoses and treatment plans.
For Peace Arch Hospital
I want to thank and compliment the staff at the Peace Arch Hospital Eye Care Unit. I had cataract surgery there in February and March of this year, and the entire team was professional, kind, patient, understanding, polite and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Wendel was wonderful—I would highly recommend him and the clinic to anyone considering cataract surgery.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Ip at Royal Columbian Hospital. I visited the Emergency Department for a sports injury, and although no injury was found at the time and I didn’t meet you during my visit, I truly appreciated your thoughtful follow-up call today. Your kind and reassuring approach meant a lot—you took the time to walk me through my X-ray results, explain the fracture and review the care plan in detail. Thank you!
