RCH JPACT loading dock opens as well as services on Level

0 with exception of MDR, Morgue and Autopsy.

Impacts to you:

  • Where you park will change and be based on the size of your vehicle, delivery schedule and whether delivery/removal activity happens at the clean or soiled loading dock. (See map.)
  • Courier passenger vehicle parking will be relocated away from the loading dock unless delivery is for the operating rooms. There will be changes to the travel paths to the specific departments you are delivering to.
  • Changes to scheduled delivery times or days must be approved by Site Operations to minimize any overlaps in bay availability and to ensure we are not disturbing our neighbours.

Mitigation Plan:

  • All regular vendors will be scheduled for an in-person orientation to the building. We will send out information with training dates and times and provide orientation packages.
  • Each vendor will be informed of the loading dock bay or courier parking spots where they can park.
