For Eagle Ridge Hospital
I was taken to the Eagle Ridge Hospital Emergency Department and I wanted to say a huge thank you to all of the wonderful staff that helped me. The paramedics were fantastic. They were kind, personable and calming. All of the nurses and the doctors were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of me. It is truly appreciated.
For the Port Moody Urgent and Primary Care Centre
I had a seamless experience at the Port Moody Urgent and Primary Care Centre. I understand how busy the health care system is, so I decided to call the clinic before arriving. The receptionist was friendly and advised that a nurse would call me back and decide if I needed to bring my mom for a visit. The nurse called back within 10 minutes, gave us an appointment time and we were seen by a doctor within 10 minutes of arriving. Amazing.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
I visited the Surrey Memorial Hospital Emergency Department due to concerns with my pregnancy. Dr. Golden was very empathetic and caring. He answered all my questions very patiently. I really hope he gets appreciated for the work he does. He truly made my day.
For the Surrey-Newton Urgent and Primary Care Centre
