For Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre
I attended the Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre Emergency Department and received amazing and prompt care. I had an injury, and Dr. Dave treated me with such compassion. Dr. Dave was personable, spoke at my level and made me feel that my pain and fear mattered. Thank you for being a great doctor.
For Delta Hospital
I'd like to express my sincere gratitude for the care my dad received in the Delta Hospital Emergency Department. His primary nurses were kind and never made us feel like a bother when we asked for an extra blanket or socks. I especially want to thank Catherine—I believe she was a care coordinator. She was helpful, funny and cheerful.
For Eagle Ridge Hospital
I’m so happy to have brought my mother to Eagle Ridge Hospital for her care. The staff in the Emergency Department have been great. The nurses, doctors and care aides have provided exceptional care for my mom and our family during this time. We truly appreciate this Emergency Department.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
My wife was treated at Royal Columbian Hospital, and we were impressed by the calm, professional demeanour of all staff. A few individuals stood out: Gagan in Surgical Daycare, whose attentive presence and encouragement were calming and reassuring; Lovely, on the night shift on 6 South, whose tender care was exemplary and comforting; and Anna on 6 South, for her compassionate and exceptional professionalism.
