For Eagle Ridge Hospital
This note is to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Eagle Ridge Hospital's Emergency Department and Ward W2A for their exceptional care. We have deep gratitude for the professional medical skills, selfless compassion and specific contributions from Doctors Jarvie, Mehl, Gooderham, Keenan and Kim, as well as Nurses Presious, Danial and Dessi. We also thank Administrative Clerk Linda and other staff — they were guardians.
For Langley Memorial Hospital
My great-nana was in 4 South Central at Langley Memorial Hospital. She was uncomfortable, but I wasn’t sure how to reposition her safely. Amber came to ask me how she could help me. She was so helpful, kind and patient. I truly appreciated her compassion and willingness to help. Thank you so much.
For Mission Memorial Hospital
My husband and I have such deep gratitude for the help that Mark, a Mission Memorial Hospital Emergency Department nurse, gave us. He went above and beyond all expectations. He also reminded us of the wonderful staff that we have had contact with in so many departments since my husband’s fall from health. The memories of compassionate, friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff are a blessing of our journey.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
This is for the staff working in the Surrey Memorial Hospital Emergency Department. I had a medical concern and was alone, so my husband could stay home with our other children. Everyone I met during the process was so kind and lovely. It was deeply appreciated, as I had to be by myself the whole time, and they made a hard situation easier. Thank you to the front check-in staff and the nurses and doctors in Zone 2.
