For Burnaby Hospital
I wanted to express my sincerest thanks to the staff at Burnaby Hospital during my day surgery.
Over the past year, I have been to six hospitals in the province for treatment of a disease and a medical condition. All of the hospitals were great, but Burnaby Hospital consistently stands out for me with its care and efficiency.
On the day of my surgery, all of the staff were unfailingly kind and professional as always. Licensed Practical Nurse Nav provided such welcoming assistance to me, answering all of my questions and doing her best to ensure my privacy and dignity were intact.
Dr. Kherani, with no word of exaggeration, has completely changed my life with her care, and the surgery went perfectly. She is warm, compassionate and unbelievably skilled. Her love for her work shines through in everything she does. She puts her patients' care above everything, and has made sure I feel heard and respected every step of the way. She provides honest, clear and comprehensive treatment plans and options. She is truly a remarkable surgeon and human being, and I feel so lucky to be in her care.
Thank you to all of your incredible staff, and I am grateful to Burnaby Hospital for helping me every step of the way.

All the nurses and staff at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre were kind, compassionate and caring—exactly the qualities a patient seeks in a hospital. Hats off to the team. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to a couple of nurses: Priya at the fourth floor reception, and Tina on the fourth floor who did my check-in and vitals. Please keep up the great work. You make a world of a difference.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
I'm very grateful for Dr. Khan and Dr. Yu at Royal Columbian Hospital for the care that I received from them. I had an emergency rotator cuff, frozen shoulder injury. Dr. Yu was very concerned for my injury and helped me with pain management. If it wasn't for these kind doctors, I wouldn't be able to move my shoulder and arm. Thanks, Dr. Khan and Dr. Yu.
