For Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre
Nurse Jessica in General Daycare at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre was absolutely amazing with my mom. She made my mom feel so comfortable and had her laughing a lot! My mom was quite nervous about the procedure, and Jessica really helped her relax. My mom specifically asked me to leave this review because she liked Jessica so much and truly appreciated their interactions. Thank you so much, Nurse Jessica - you are a rockstar!
For the Cloverdale Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC)
I visited the new Cloverdale UPCC because my toddler was sick. I don’t drive and had to take the bus, so I was especially grateful to the staff for accommodating my toddler and ensuring they were seen in a timely manner. Thank you so much to Dr. Tim for going above and beyond. He not only helped my toddler, but also offered to check on my health as well—and it turned out I was sick too. Thank you for your kindness and patience. It truly meant a lot to us.

I’m so grateful to all the staff, both frontline and behind the scenes, who made my stay at Langley Memorial Hospital so supportive and positive. In Emergency, Dr. Goodwin and Patrick, as well as the pediatric team – Taylor, Lauren, and Amraj – were wonderful. The care, communication and kindness I received exceeded my expectations.
