Surrey Memorial Hospital performs thoracic group x-rays and x-rays for the Fraser Valley Cancer Clinic. All other outpatient x-rays are done at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre.

Surrey Memorial Hospital's medical imaging services are provided on the first floor. Enter the site off the 96th Avenue entrance, and through the main doors. Take the elevator down to the first floor; medical imaging is straight off the elevators.
