Courtyard Terrace offers both Private Pay and Fraser Health-funded suites. Our Fraser Health program offers 47 suites comprised of studios and one bedroom suites.

| Room features | Suites include a kitchenette, three-piece ensuite bathroom, individual thermostats and a refrigerator. Couples accommodated. Weekly housekeeping is provided including washing of linens and towels. |

| Accessibility | Electric wheelchairs designed for indoor use may be permitted with pre-approval of the executive director. Motorized scooter use is permitted on the grounds but not within the building. |

| Parking and transportation | Free parking is available for visitors. Nearby public transportation. |
