Hours of operation
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m
Eligibility
You must be eligible to receive Home health services and:
- Be medically stable
- Have high physical care needs
- Be able to direct the care services by managing staff, budgets and day to day operations, just like running a small business, or
- Name a representative who can do this for you
Fees
Client fees are calculated the same as home support rates.
