Fresh food vending offers convenient access to a rotating selection of fresh meals, sandwiches, salads and snacks at select Eyáleq’ep locations. Items are prepared in-house by our Eyáleq’ep cafeteria teams and refreshed daily, providing a reliable food option outside regular cafeteria hours.
Fresh food vending machines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Entrées can be heated using nearby microwaves. Machines are cashless and support tap-to-pay for quick and easy purchases. Menu selections may vary by location.

- Langley Memorial Hospital – Inside the main entrance doors
- Chilliwack General Hospital – Next to the Eyáleq’ep café in Waiting Area C
- Peace Arch Hospital – Inside the main entrance doors
- Eagle Ridge Hospital – Lower level at the entrance to the cafeteria
- Ridge Meadows Hospital – Lower level in the cafeteria seating area

How do I get a gift card or rewards card?
Gift cards
Eyáleq’ep gift cards are available at all Fraser Health retail food locations. Customers can request a new card from any cashier. These cards can be purchased using debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or cash. Once purchased, the gift cards can be loaded onto your Apple or Google wallets.
Currently, we do not support e-gift cards.
Rewards cards
When you create an account in our online ordering system, you'll have the option to create an electronic rewards card. If you'd prefer a physical rewards card, you can request one from the cashier at any Eyáleq’ep location.

Can I purchase more than one gift card at a time?
Yes, you can purchase multiple gift cards from any cashier at Eyáleq’ep sites.

Do the gift cards expire?
Eyáleq’ep gift cards do not expire.

How much can be loaded onto a gift card?
The minimum amount for an Eyáleq’ep gift card is $1; the maximum amount is $100.

What should I do if I encounter issues while redeeming a gift card?

What do I do if my physical gift card is damaged, lost or stolen?
If the physical gift card is damaged, the cashier may still be able to retrieve the balance from the system and allow for use or transfer to a new card, if the number on the back of the card is still readable.
Lost or stolen cards cannot be retrieved from the system.

How do I check a gift card balance?
You can check the balance of an Eyáleq’ep gift card here.
An account does not need to be created to check the balance. Please enter the 16-digit gift card number (found on the back of the card) to learn the total dollar value remaining on the gift card.
