Fraser Health's Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is provided by GreenShield Health and offers confidential support for employees and their eligible dependents. Services are available virtually, by phone, and in person to support mental health, well-being, and life challenges.

How to access services

- Sign in or create your GreenShield+ account.
- To create your account: use your plan Member ID, this is your PID Number, with the prefix "FHA". Your PID can be found on either (a) Pulse MyFHinfo under view personal information link or (b) your Pacific Blue Cross card as Personal Identification Number.
- Access EFAP services or Care Navigation from your dashboard.
Care navigation
Care Navigation helps you find the right services and resources based on your individual needs and available coverage. Support is available through self-service tools, AI-assisted navigation, or a live Care Guide.
