As Fraser Health staff and medical staff, there’s nothing more important than your health, well-being and safety.

Well-being is your overall state of physical and psychological health. It’s shaped by many interconnected parts of life, work, relationships, finances, environment, activity, nutrition, sleep, mental fitness, spirituality, and any ongoing health conditions.

From the Well-being Resource Space you can access resources to support the various elements of well-being and a variety of confidential supports, including:

  • Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP)
  • ALAViDA (confidential substance use support)
  • Mindwell (mindfulness)
  • Starling Minds (mental fitness)

How to access the Well-being Resource Space

Logged on to a Fraser Health computer? Well-being Resource Space – if you’ve never accessed the site you may be prompted to request access.  Access approvals will be completed within 48 hours.

From a personal computer or mobile device?

  1. Follow instructions for setting up the multi-factor authenticator app (MFA)
  2. Then click here: Well-being Resource Space
  3. Enter your Fraser Health email and your workplace login
  4. Provide the code provided by the MFA
  5. Start accessing resources to support your well-being journey! Note: If you’ve never accessed the site, you may be prompted to request access.  Access approvals will be completed within 48 hours.
