Salary and stipend costs of HCAP participants are provided to Fraser Health to administer.
The Government of B.C. covers the hourly wage of the health care support worker, including holiday pay and benefits, plus a stipend during the employee’s attendance at school.

Health care support workers employed by Fraser Health are paid directly, no invoicing is required.

Please submit Health Career Access Program (HCAP) invoices within the first week of each month to hcap@fraserhealth.ca to be processed.
