Palliative care provides comfort and quality-of-life care for individuals living with life-limiting illness.

What can you expect?

Palliative services are provided in the home, hospital (i.e. palliative complex care unit), in a long-term care facility and/or at hospice.

Our services include:

  • Grief and bereavement counselling.
  • Prescribe and support the use of equipment.
  • Access to pain management services.
  • Support for loved ones and/or family members.
