Forms to submit prior to the construction, alteration or repair of a sewerage system
Authorized persons are required to file information prior to the construction, alteration or repair of a sewerage system. This information must be submitted to Health Protection on the record of sewerage system form. After construction, the authorized person must file a letter of certification.
