This week's kudos go to our amazing people at Langley Memorial Hospital and Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre.
I want to commend Dr. Chan at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre specifically for her bedside manner. I was her patient from July 2016 to February 2017. I was specifically treated by her for a clotting gene during pregnancy. The level of care I received was the best I have ever experienced in a doctor-patient relationship.
Dr. Chan was both personal and professional which I believe to be important to increase the level of trust, and ultimately increase the level of personal information made available to the doctor from the patient be it subconscious or conscious. Dr. Chan was able to accomplish this seamlessly and genuinely. She is an asset to any medical team and most definitely in the sensitive area of medicine she is practicing. I'd like to thank, commend and recognize her for this level of service.
Just wanted to send a thank you to Dr. Newton and the Emergency Room nursing staff at Langley Memorial Hospital. I had to take my elderly father in-law there to be treated on March 06, 2017. I found the staff there to be thorough, friendly and patient.
I just thought, we always here about negative things, we should also celebrate the positives as well. Thanks again.
