I want to compliment the nursing staff [at Ridge Meadows Hospital] for their high quality of care. I saw capable and happy nurses working well together. I remember Monique, Zora, and others. Thank you for your administration work, which has helped make this possible.
I just want to extend a sincere thank you to all [of] the Registered Nurses (RNs), the doctor on duty and the reception staff who assisted with the treatment of our three-year-old grandson at Mission Memorial Hospital Emergency Department. We arrived at approximately 4 a.m. as our grandson was having difficulty with breathing. We were quickly received and treatment was provided promptly in a very compassionate and professional manner by all who attended to our grandson’s medical issue, and in a relative short period of time his symptoms were reduced and we were all able to return home by 6:30 a.m. Once again please pass on our gratitude to all those whom assisted in this case.
I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Miranda, a volunteer who was in the ER waiting area at Surrey Memorial [Hospital]. I was with my two-year-old son as we were waiting for my wife, and she came over right away and helped keep my son entertained. She also walked with him as she helped us find my wife in the back room, and helped me again by showing me the quickest route to the North entrance when a friend came by to pick up my son. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves, she turned what would normally be a stressful, long wait into a really positive experience! Thank you so much!
