This week's high fives go to our amazing people at Langley Memorial Hospital and Burnaby Hospital.
For Langley Memorial Hospital
Words cannot express the gratitude we have for the staff, from the ER unit clerk, triage, nurse Diane, housekeeping, and most importantly I am beyond pleased with Dr. Higgenson. She got to the level of my mom to make eye contact and heard my mom and I. [My mom] came to Langley Memorial with dehydration, pain, and pneumonia. She was promptly cared for with immediate fluid replacement and basic TLC. The hospital is clean with hardworking staff. If you ever feel frustrated, know you are angels.
