For Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre

I had an appointment at the hospital today and the all the staff was fantastic. Big thanks to everyone. All your efforts are greatly appreciated.

For Burnaby Hospital

I have been a little tardy in sending my compliments to the staff at the Burnaby Hospital. My dad checked into the Emergency department and has been admitted since. He is well taken care of by the doctors and staff.

A big thank you to Maureen the geriatrics nurse that updated me the first day, Dr. Fung who kept us updated on his conditions and the nurse that helped my dad setup his Wi-Fi. I also want to thank the other staff that helped him. Thank you!

For Chilliwack General Hospital

I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the staff that helped me in surgical daycare. I had a routine surgery and I was very nervous about it. They treated me kindly, respectfully and professionally. They were patient with all of my questions.

I felt safe in the environment and could not have had a better experience.

Thank you for all that you did and do!

For the Advance Care Planning team

Andrew and Kelly were superb online presenters to 38 attendees on Advance Care Planning. All of these attendees stayed for the entire two hours and all comments were positive.

Fraser Health’s materials and information available were very valuable.

We want to thank and applaud Andrew and Kelly for their caring, entertaining and informative presentation.

For Al Hogg Pavilion

My mother is doing a 1000 per cent better since being moved to the Al Hogg Pavilion. I commend the staff on the third floor for their awesome care of my mom! Thank you so much.

For Peace Arch Hospital

I wanted to convey my appreciation for a very positive experience in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) department. The receptionist was pleasant and patient. The technician could not have been nicer. His kindness and explanations helped me stay calm throughout.

To top it off, I was told it could take five business days for my doctor to receive the report; my doctor actually received it the next day!

Thanks to all.
