I have told all my friends and relatives about the fantastic program I participated in [at the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre]. I can't imagine what I would have done without it. My thanks to the very professional staff for their information, direction and motivation. Full recovery is in sight! My exercise program is progressing well thanks to the direction and follow ups by staff. Thanks again to all the staff.
For Mission COVID-19 Testing and Immunization Centre
So impressed with our experience at the Mission COVID-19 Testing and Immunization Centre. My son had an appointment for his first vaccine and I had an appointment for my booster. Everyone we encountered, from the greeters outside and inside to the clerks and nurses, were so warm, kind and helpful. My son and I both felt so comfortable and I am just so grateful for how well we were treated. Thank you all so much.

I had to go to the Emergency Department at Burnaby General Hospital for an emergency surgery and I want to thank the triage nurse, Rose and emergency nurse, Kristin for their professionalism, kindness and empathy. It made my experience much more pleasant and manageable. Thank you for what you do especially during this time of year in a pandemic.
Clayton Community Centre COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
We visited the pediatric Clayton Community Centre COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic. My daughter was having a difficult time and the nurse went above and beyond to help my daughter out. Thank you so much. Your time was very much appreciated.

They work through days and nights on computers, doing an amazing job in a very stressful situation. Their behind-the-scenes work is vital.
