For Abbotsford Regional Hospital

I wanted to compliment every one of the nurses and doctors I was in contact with during my recent visit to Abbotsford Regional Hospital. Every single person was friendly and accommodating.

My husband has recently been diagnosed with cancer, and the staff have been wonderful at an extremely overwhelming time. Thank you.

Thank you to Dr. Astanehe and the nurses at Abbotsford Regional Hospital for the excellent diagnosis and treatment provided to my wife. Kudos, and thank you for the wonderful care.

For Burnaby Hospital

I want to thank the nurses who were very lovely and patient with my mom. Thank you so much for your help.

The manager and staff in the Nuclear Medicine Department at Burnaby Hospital went above and beyond their role to ensure I was comfortable. I witnessed them work as a united front to ensure patients were happy and at ease. Thank you for a good experience during a trying time.

I wanted to share my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Coll, who jumped in to help deliver my baby girl. He had an open conversation with my partner and me and presented us with our options. He came to the labour room with so much positivity. He is a great physician – thank you.

For Chilliwack General Hospital

I recently visited Chilliwack General Hospital for day surgery and wanted to thank all the excellent staff I encountered. They were attentive, patient and so kind. I was very nervous about the surgery, but everyone was outstanding, especially Nurse Aria.

Thank you to CT Booking Clerk Nicole for being helpful and patient with me. I appreciated her kindness.

For Eagle Ridge Hospital

I would like to thank the team at Eagle Ridge Hospital for providing excellent care from start to finish. Nurse Kobra and the team in the Operating Room were exceptional. Thank you.

I accompanied my friend to Eagle Ridge Hospital, and Nurse Sarah was excellent. My friend was in a lot of pain, and she went out of her way to ensure he was comfortable. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. Thank you, Sarah.

For Langley Memorial Hospital

Thank you to Dr. Soon and the nurses who looked after me during my recent visit to the Emergency Department at Langley Memorial Hospital. Nurses Mathilda and Stephanie were professional and caring. I had the utmost confidence in Dr. Soon and felt I had the best care I could have received.

For Ridge Meadows Hospital

I want to thank the Emergency and Radiology Department staff at Ridge Meadows Hospital for their incredible care. My two-year-old had an unfortunate accident, resulting in a broken leg. The staff were so kind and caring and very quick to process her. I could not be more appreciative of the terrific care. Thank you all.

Thank you to the hard-working team in the IV Infusion Centre at Ridge Meadows Hospital. I recently spent time with them as a patient, and they were extremely kind. Keep up the great work – you are so appreciated.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

I was crying in the cafeteria, and Lab Technician Jane took time out of her break to listen and reassure me. She didn’t have to do that, but I appreciate that she went out of her way to be kind and console me. Thank you, Jane.

For Surrey Memorial Hospital

Thank you to Social Worker Teja for her compassion and empathy for my situation. The psychiatric nurse who did my intake was amazing and listened to my needs, and the psychiatric doctors in the Emergency Department treated me with dignity and respect. When trauma-informed care is received, a person in such a predicament can feel worthy, cared for and seen.

I would like to commend the staff on Unit N51 at Surrey Memorial Hospital for their excellent care and professionalism. While it was a difficult situation, they handled it with grace and compassion. Thank you, Social Worker Holly, for the support, understanding and help. She was amazing.
