For Abbotsford Regional Hospital
Thank you to Kevin in the General Day Care Unit, who was amazing and made me feel safe. I appreciate how lovely and patient he was. His care helped me feel much better.
I wanted to express my gratitude to Dr. Izadi who exemplifies patient-centred care. He went out of his way to coordinate with another doctor to ensure I could have two surgical procedures done on the same day. As a mom of two small children, I appreciate that I don’t have to go through two separate recoveries. I also want to thank the wonderful staff in Surgical Day Care, the Operating Room and Post Anesthesia Care Unit.
For Burnaby Hospital
Thank you to Dr. Lobo-Prabhu for taking time out of her vacation to help me with my bile drainage detachment. I am so grateful that I can spend the holidays with my family and not worry about the risk of infection. She really puts her patients first.
For Eagle Ridge Hospital
Thank you to the great staff in the Endoscopy Department. I visited early in the morning and was greeted by lovely smiling faces. It was my first foray into the colonoscopy world, so needless to say, I was a bit nervous. The staff was lovely, from admission, to the gentle IV nurse, to the doctor who explained and performed the procedure. Thank you for your care and thoughtfulness. Cheers to you all.
For Langley Memorial Hospital
I brought my mother to Langley Memorial Hospital after a fall. The staff we encountered were amazing. In particular, I'd like to thank nurse Kendra, care aide Mandeep and Dr. Sandy. They answered our questions and provided incredible care for my mom. It was a difficult time, but they made it easier. Thank you.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
Thank you to the excellent staff in Medical Imaging. They were patient and professional, and I appreciated that they explained the medical procedure beforehand. The nurse and Emergency Department physician who assessed me were kind. Thank you, and great work.
I recently visited the Cardiac Unit at Royal Columbian Hospital. The staff were excellent, running like a well-oiled machine. They were professional, friendly and empathetic. I would like to thank nurse Andrea for her professionalism and kind demeanour. She went above and beyond to attend to me. Thank you to the great team in Cardiac 2S.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
I would like to share my deepest compliments to the staff in the Neurology Unit who cared for my father. Kuldeep, Fatima, Michelle, Danielle, Priya, Eva and many others worked hard to get my dad home and back to the things he loves. I feel comfortable knowing he was in good hands.
