For Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre
I would like to thank all the staff who took such great care of me during my recent stay at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre. My thanks to Drs. Lamb and Kim, the staff in the Emergency Department, Zone 1 and on Cheam; Amber, social worker; Hailey, occupational therapist; as well as the porters, technicians and phlebotomists. I also want to compliment the quality of the food and the option to select my meals. The delivery staff were always friendly and polite. Thank you.
For Burnaby Hospital
I visited Burnaby Hospital for a cardiology test. Dr. Kang met with me, reviewed my medical history thoroughly and listened patiently to my concerns. She made sure nothing was overlooked and sent me for all the necessary tests to identify any potential issues. The hospital staff who assisted me were also very kind and professional. I am truly grateful to Dr. Kang and all the staff.
For Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre
I had a procedure with Dr. Karim at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre, and he was absolutely incredible—caring, attentive and reassuring from start to finish. His entire team matched that energy, offering a warm reception, thoughtful care and smiles that put me at ease. Thank you, Dr. Karim and team, for such an exceptional experience.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
From the moment I arrived at Royal Columbian Hospital to the moment I left, I felt so welcomed. The staff were absolutely incredible—from my care team before and after my procedure to the team in the catheter ablation room, including the two Dr. Tungs and Katie (apologies, I don't remember any other names). The close-knit teamwork throughout the hospital was amazing.
