I wanted to express my sincere thanks for the outstanding care and attention I’ve received over the past five weeks at Chilliwack Home Health. Special kudos to Alex, who has consistently been the nurse supporting me throughout this time. Thank you, Alex, for your expertise, professionalism and for making me feel safe and well cared for. I’m healing, and I’m truly grateful that you’ve been a part of my recovery journey.
For Eagle Ridge Hospital
There are no words to fully express our gratitude to the entire team at Eagle Ridge Hospital for the excellent care my husband and I received. We understand that assessments can sometimes take a bit longer, but that doesn't take away from how organized and well-prepared the team was in caring for patients. I’m deeply grateful for that. My husband was in significant pain and he received nothing but the best care. Thank you.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
I was at Royal Columbian Hospital for an angiogram and spent eight hours pre- and post-op with nurses Kati and Jinnie. Both provided exceptional care throughout the entire experience. Kati was personable, friendly and relaxed—she made it clear she truly enjoys her work. Jinnie provided outstanding care during my recovery. I was very grateful to have both of these nurses looking after me. Their professionalism and compassion gave me greater confidence in Fraser Health.
For Surrey Home Support
My grandmother was recently discharged from the hospital after three weeks of treatment for pneumonia following a fall at home. She’s now back home and receiving care from the Surrey Home Support team. The home care nurses have been incredibly kind and supportive over the past few days. My grandmother was especially happy to have her first shower at home. Thank you to the home care nurses for the excellent care you’re providing.
