For Burnaby Hospital

I hurt my back and can’t walk for long. I requested a wheelchair ride to the cafeteria. A volunteer named Sarah met me at my hospital bed at Burnaby Hospital and gently wheeled me to the cafeteria. She ended up buying me a pizza and a coffee. She wants to be a nurse and I said I hope so too because she’s so nice. Literally the most beautiful soul. Thank you, Sarah. You made my day and I really appreciate you.

For Chilliwack General Hospital

I wanted to extend my gratitude and appreciation to the nurses and doctors at Chilliwack General Hospital for taking care of my wife. She came in with severe abdominal and chest pain. Not only did she receive attentive care throughout her visit but the staff were also so kind and made every effort to make her comfortable and keep her informed. She’s recovering well and is in good spirits, thanks to you. Her and I really appreciate all of you.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

Thank you to the wonderful person working the front desk for Medical Imaging, and the lovely X-ray technician. Both were so wonderful and professional. They made the experience so much better.

For Surrey Memorial Hospital

I would like to take the time to compliment the great staff at Surrey Memorial Hospital and the great job they do. I was admitted to the Critical Care Unit to have a procedure. I was very nervous of the procedure and of the possible results. The nurse assigned to me was named Camille and she was so very kind and considerate. She made me feel so very comfortable and listened to my concerns. She went way beyond the call of duty, helping me with the little things, like getting to the bathroom, getting dressed and always respected my dignity. But most of all, she answered all my questions about heart functions and the results of my tests. She made sure that I understood every detail of the tests and how to care for myself going forward. I will never forget the care and love I got from this nurse. These are things that are sometimes so important to a senior.
