For Burnaby Hospital

I had a blood test at Burnaby Hospital. Alisha, the staff member, was very professional and cautious while taking the blood sample. Thank you for the professionalism.

For Chilliwack General Hospital

It's hard to explain the whole experience in short sentences, but I want to say a big, teary-eyed thank you to Chilliwack General Hospital. Not only did you save my life, but you also released all my stress over my injury. You have the best team. From the doctor to the nurse and all the other team members that surrounded me from the Emergency Department to the patient room, surgery room and monitor room. I cannot say enough. Thank you and best wishes.

For the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre

Many thanks to all the staff working at this location. They handled everything with a high-level of care. From the receptionist to the nurse and doctor who eased my mind and took great care of my 17-month-old boy.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

I was a patient at Royal Columbian Hospital. I wish to acknowledge the exceptional care I received during my health crisis. I talked with a kind and supportive nurse through 811. The 911 emergency paramedics came to my home the following evening. They assessed my needs and promptly took me to Royal Columbian Hospital’s Emergency Department.

I received prompt and thorough care. I had bloodwork, an ultrasound and a CT scan all within a timely manner. The technicians were very professional.

I was treated in the Interventional Radiology (IR) Department (very cool technology). Although the treatment I required was quite intense and painful, the radiologist, nurse and technician were doing their best to keep me calm and comfortable.

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing staff assigned to my care were awesome.

I was transferred to the medical floor where I recovered. I had many blood draws by fabulously talented phlebotomists throughout my admission.

My last comment is about the students. I so appreciate the student nurses and other students from other disciplines. The quality of care was never put in question. I felt safe and well cared for by all the students. Well done to the selfless preceptors of these well-trained students.
