For Burnaby Hospital

My brother visited the Emergency Department at Burnaby Hospital. He was very ill and septic. The fast-acting nurse knew something was wrong. He was immediately transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) where he was intubated and fighting for his life from toxic shock syndrome. He spent over a month in the hospital and the care he received was nothing short of extraordinary. They saved his life.

For Langley Memorial Hospital

I visited Langley Memorial Hospital for intense back pain. My entire visit from beginning to end was so efficient and supportive. I had two consults with a doctor, an X-ray and a CT scan in one visit. I felt reassured and relieved after my visit. The nurses, porters and CT scan/X-ray staff were all so nice and helpful. I really valued my visit to the hospital.

For Ridge Meadows Hospital

I wanted to share a heartfelt thank you and glowing review for the incredible team who cared for my mom during her hip replacement surgery at Ridge Meadows Hospital.

Gina, the nurse who was with us before and after surgery, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient and always happy to answer our many questions. Her years of experience were evident, but what stood out most was her amazing ability to connect with my mom and put both of us at ease during a stressful time.

Josh, the physiotherapist, was equally impressive. He was personable, patient and never made us feel rushed. He took the time to ensure my mom felt comfortable and confident, and his supportive approach made a big difference in her early recovery.

The pre-operative operating room nurse also deserves special recognition. Her kind smile and reassuring words about how things would improve after the hip replacement helped calm nerves and brought comfort at just the right moment.

And finally, a sincere thank you to Dr. Lobo for his excellent surgical skills and care. We are so grateful for the expertise and professionalism shown throughout the entire experience.

The compassion, professionalism and teamwork demonstrated by everyone made what could have been a stressful experience feel supportive and positive. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care my mom received.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

I really appreciated all the hard work the nurses and doctors did during my visit to Royal Columbian Hospital. They were so busy but so thoughtful. My brain and body were so agitated, but they were able to make me feel better (and even find a quiet place for me), help me find a direction for what I have been feeling and referred me to a neurologist. They are angels.
