I just wanted to thank all of the staff at Eagle Ridge Hospital. I had day surgery in January, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked through the door until I was discharged, everyone was kind, professional and caring. Thank you all for taking such great care of me and making what could have been a stressful experience so positive. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received.
For Peace Arch Hospital
Resident Dr. Keane provided a thorough and professional diagnosis during my visit to Peace Arch Hospital. Drs. Frye and Forbes also provided excellent care, as did Nurse Donna in the Emergency Department and Nurses Audrey and Michelle on the second floor. This was truly a team effort, and we are very fortunate to have such dedicated and skilled professionals at our hospital. Thank you all for your outstanding care and support.

I want to sincerely thank everyone at Royal Columbian Hospital for the incredible care and support we received during a very stressful night with our daughter. From the moment we arrived, the doctors, nurses and staff were compassionate, patient and professional. They acted quickly, explained everything clearly and ensured our daughter was closely monitored throughout her stay. John, a nurse on 3 West at Surrey Memorial Hospital, was one of the most communicative and compassionate nurses I have ever met. A big shoutout to him for the exceptional care he provided. Although he was not our assigned nurse, he did an outstanding job listening to our concerns and answering our questions as thoroughly as he could.
