For Burnaby Hospital
Huge thanks to the Burnaby Hospital Team for the exceptional care I recently received. Dr. Butskiy and Dr. McNeely were calm, skilled and reassuring. Janice at admitting was warm and efficient and Nurse Nadia in preoperative showed amazing compassion and care. Extra thanks to my Anesthesiologist Dr. Chow for her kindness and calm presence that made me feel completely safe and at ease in the Operating Room.
For Burnaby Public Health Unit
I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Nurse Hugo for the wonderful care he provided when giving my kids their vaccines. His patience, light-hearted humor and kind approach turned what could have been a stressful moment into an easy experience. He made the kids feel comfortable and calm from start to finish — a true professional with a great touch.
For Mission Memorial Hospital
I took my three-year-old daughter to the Mission Memorial Hospital Emergency Department. She was diagnosed with appendicitis and transferred to Children's Hospital. The surgeon at Children's Hospital credited the quick diagnosis at Mission Memorial Hospital for saving her life. Everyone involved in her care at Mission Memorial Hospital: thank you for saving my baby.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
I received excellent care at Surrey Memorial Hospital. In a freak accident, I was cut by a glass door. Dr. Vegsund, a student doctor and Nurse Tala were amazing. The doctor was focused, carefully doing multiple stitches in my leg, knee and wrist. The student doctor was lovely too. Thanks again. The whole hospital was organized, clean and quick.
