For Eagle Ridge Hospital
This is a note of appreciation and thanks to the paramedics, doctors, nurses and staff of Eagle Ridge Hospital in the Emergency Department Zone 1, Zone 3 and General Medicine Ward C2B for their care and concern during my stay. Everyone was so compassionate, helpful and attentive to my problems. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
For the South Delta Urgent and Primary Care Centre
Thank you to Dr. Tim and the whole team at the South Delta Urgent and Primary Care Centre. My one-year-old's fever wouldn't break, and it turned out she had an ear infection. Dr. Tim was kind and gentle with our family and seemed to truly care about what concerned us. He explained our options for treatment thoroughly and we left feeling confident that our toddler would be okay.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
During my MRI at Surrey Memorial Hospital, I was treated with professionalism and care during the procedure. Sean is to be commended for his compassionate care during what can be a daunting procedure for some patients. He explained the procedure and continued to explain as we completed the various parts. Well done, Sean - you are a credit to your calling in life.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
My mother had a medical condition and had to get emergency life-saving surgery at Royal Columbian Hospital. From the moment we met Dr. Latham and Dr. Tauh, we knew she was in the best hands. I went to the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, and eventually the Cardiac Step Down Unit everyday and was met by the most amazing nurses. Nurses Breanne, Lydia, Karen, Angie, Sukhi, Wendy, Dennis, Rozette and Kyle really stood out. We are so grateful.
