For Langley Memorial Hospital
Sharon, the lab technician who assisted me, was incredible. She talked me through every step, offered me a warm blanket, advocated for my comfort and supported me throughout the wait and the entire procedure. I was very anxious, and she helped me feel so much less alone.
For Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre
Thank you, Dr. Liciu, for your kindness when my 94-year-old father came in for an assessment. Your compassion and warmth are still something he talks about a week later. You are a true gem, and we feel so fortunate to have been in your care. Thank you!
For Ridge Meadows Hospital
Faize was wonderful tonight when I brought in my two-year-old after a fall. He met with us in the waiting room instead of having to move her to the back until it was absolutely necessary. He was patient with her and completed a thorough assessment, even though she was tired and fussy. Thank you, Faize, for your kindness and patience.

Nurse Miha is an excellent nurse. He is kind, cheerful and never makes his patients feel like an inconvenience. He carries out his work with professionalism and a high level of care.
