For Langley Memorial Hospital
My wife and I visited the emergency department at Langley Memorial Hospital twice this past week. On both visits, we were cared for by ER nurse Matt. He kept us informed and checked in regularly. During our second visit, we were in the wrong place, and he went out of his way to help us navigate the system. We are very grateful for his support and care.
For Ridge Meadows Hospital
I visited the emergency department at Ridge Meadows Hospital and would like to thank the emergency physician who advocated for me to receive an ultrasound that night, which led to the diagnosis of an ectopic pregnancy. I don’t know his name, but I am very grateful that he took my pain seriously.
I would also like to thank Dr. Lampen, and all the nurses, OR staff, LPNs, Food Services and support staff who cared for me. Thank you for your compassion and care.
For South Surrey Urgent and Primary Care Centre
I was very impressed with the care my husband received at the South Surrey Urgent and Primary Care Centre at Semiahmoo Shopping Centre. The medical office assistant took my phone number, and we were able to get a prompt appointment with a doctor. My husband received a thorough physical exam from Dr. Han, along with requisitions for lab work and an ECG.
