For Abbotsford Home Health
I would like to thank Mary, occupational therapist, who visited me at home after my discharge from Abbotsford Regional Hospital. She took the time to assess my needs and was present when a vendor brought an electric wheelchair to be tested. She ensured the measurements for the seat, the back, the feet and the arms were taken correctly and coached me as I tested the functionality. Her presence gave me comfort that I was not alone.
For Burnaby Hospital
Thank you, Burnaby Hospital, for the exceptional care of my father. The Emergency Department Team saved his life with great skill and kindness. Special thanks to Dr. Golchin, a truly brilliant and compassionate doctor, who went above and beyond. On the fifth floor, Senior Nurse Vicky led with experience and care, supported by Nurses Marie and Manjot. I am deeply grateful to you all.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
I recently had a biopsy at Royal Columbian Hospital. The kindness and care I received from Dr. Plaa, Val and Jennifer were outstanding. Thank you.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
The nurse on duty at Surrey Memorial Hospital, Sonica, was absolutely amazing. My grandpa was experiencing delirium and her patience with him and her support for our family was so appreciated. We truly worked as a team to calm him. When the security officers were called, they were also phenomenal. They were very person-first, even getting him a heated blanket. They turned a bad time into a way less stressful one.
