Connected care across the Integrated Health Services East
Across the Integrated Health Services East, health care is shaped by strong local partnerships and a shared commitment to supporting community needs. Fraser Health works closely with Indigenous communities, municipalities, community service organizations and care providers to strengthen connections across the health system and support care close to home.
This collaborative approach helps ensure services are responsive to local context, reflect population and public health priorities and evolve alongside the communities they serve.
Whether supporting growing urban centres or smaller, rural communities, partnerships play a key role in how care is planned and delivered.
