Integrated Health Services East supports a growing and diverse population of more than 300,000 people across communities in the eastern Fraser Valley. Care is delivered through an integrated network of hospitals, community, urgent and primary care services — connecting people to the care they need, closer to home.
Across the region, each community plays a distinct role — from specialized cancer care and a new modernized interventional radiology suite in Abbotsford, to advancing diagnostics, older adult care and research in Chilliwack and expanding access and emergency services in Mission. In more rural communities, care is supported through strong local partnerships and community-based services, including mental health and substance use supports.
Ongoing investments — including major projects at Mission Memorial Hospital and Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre — are strengthening access, capacity and quality of care across the region, now and into the future.
