New clients can contact our Fraser Health Access Line: Home and Community Care (previously called the Home Health Service Line). There are two ways to do this:

- Book a telephone appointment by filling out our online form.
We are open seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 365 days a year.
