New clients
Contact our Fraser Health Access Line: Home and Community Care (previously called the Home Health Service Line). There are 2 ways to do this:

- Book a telephone appointment by filling out our online form.
We are open 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 365 days a year.

Our services include:
- Investigating abuse, neglect, and self neglect for vulnerable adults.
- Assisting with application processes (i.e. Person’s with Disabilities, Handydart).
- Supporting access to relevant community resources (i.e. meal programs, housing).
- Counselling, educating and problem solving in situations such as conflict, illness, disability and/or loss.
