This Canadian prenatal education program sends three evidence-based text messages per week to help guide you through each week of pregnancy and up to six weeks postpartum.
Messages are tailored to gestational age and include links to resources on a wide range of topics, such as fetal growth and development and how to prepare for labour and delivery.
The program can help you:
- Make evidence-informed choices for a healthy pregnancy and childbirth.
- Discover topics to discuss with your health care provider.
- Get connected to resources available online and in your own community.
How it works:
- Messages are tailored to the number of weeks that you are pregnant.
- You can choose the times and days that work best for you to receive messages.
- Signing up is free to receive program text messages; however, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your phone plan with your mobile phone service provider.

Are you a new parent?
A new Canadian parenting support program is now available that provides trustworthy educational text messages to help guide parents during their baby’s first year of life.
You will receive up to three evidence-based text messages per week that will include links to helpful parenting resources.
The resource can help you:
- Make evidence-informed choices to support your baby’s growth and development.
- Discover topics to discuss with your health care provider.
- Find new services and resources that are available online and in your own community that can help to improve both you and your infant’s health.
