High five your health care provider - September 8, 2017

Hello, I was in the emergency room at Chilliwack General. I just want to send a quick note to say thank you to the staff that helped us. We dealt with three nurses and a doctor who were all very kind and willing to be flexible with an individual who does not communicate in a typical manner and who has very high anxiety surrounding hospitals and anything medical.

There was one nurse in particular who really stood out … He was so gentle and kind and was exactly what this individual needed in that moment … Not sure if this message can find him. But just know that the staff working in the Chilliwack Emergency are wonderful.

I had surgery at Langley Memorial Hospital. During my stay, I found all of the nurses to be friendly, polite and professional. In particular, Nurse, Amanda, treated me with care and compassion that made my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I am truly grateful for my treatment at Langley Memorial Hospital, and I hope that Amanda's Supervisor is made aware of her exceptional work ethic.
