For Peace Arch Hospital
I had a test at Peace Arch Hospital today with Dr. Peter Skepasts.
I’d like to send kudos to everyone involved from the volunteers in red, to the lady at the day surgery desk (I think her name was Bonny). She realized I was having trouble standing and asked Joni to find a lounge chair that I could rest in until I was called for the test. Joni kindly and super-efficiently found a reclining chair and a bonus warm sheet.
I don't sit well, so the kindness of Bonny and Joni's professional thoughtfulness meant [a lot]. Dr. Skepasts and the team were soothing and gratefully fast. The ladies with him extended the thoughtful care given earlier.
Thankful for each smile and thoughtful step.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
I was a patient at Royal Columbian Hospital. My wife and I checked into 2 North. I want to pass my compliments along for the wonderful, kind care I experienced throughout the day. In particular, Hyewon, provided exceptional care. She was in the eleventh hour of her 12 hour shift but you wouldn’t have known it. When we arrived in the morning, she made us feel relaxed and confident we were in good hands. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much more bearable.
For Ridge Meadows Hospital
Over the past few days, my father has been an ICU patient at Ridge Meadows Hospital. After living in Canada for many years, then moving to the U.S., I have been so comforted and impressed with the care that he has received by both the amazing doctors and nurses in the hospital. Specifically, the effort to go above and beyond to make sure my dad is always comfortable, understands what’s going on and treated with respect has been admirable. Chris, Ajit, and Holly have been fabulous. I would trust them with the care of our family any day of the week.
