I wish to thank Fraser Health for providing a Home Health nurse. Her name was Clarinda. I didn’t get a last name. She maintained her professional image at all times and completed her tasks in a timely fashion. She then sat down at the kitchen table and provided us with brochures and information on MOH and asked some data gathering questions.

Again thank you for an excellent service by professional staff. I also want to thank you for the excellent reception received on calling the MOH.

I will let my world know how well I was cared for by all staff as I went through a total knee replacement operation.

Everyone treated me as a valued person and ensured that I was comfortable.

That kind of care encourages a novice patient that all will be well.

Thanks to the dedicated and caring staff, I am recovering well.

My husband and I just want to send kudos and a BIG thank you to the Day Surgery staff and staff in the recovery unit of Chilliwack Hospital. My husband had surgery with Dr. Danny Gillis (who has also been wonderful). We were very pleased with the awesome service and care that my husband received. The Day Surgery staff were awesome and the staff in recovery that night were wonderful. The female nurse in the recovery unit was super great helping us and explaining everything to us in detail. We don’t remember her name but she was wonderful.

Thank you so much for providing wonderful care to our family. My mother-in-law has also had fantastic care in the past at Chilliwack for Day Surgery.

We were visiting from Winnipeg and my father had a slip in the shower so we went to Emergency. From the intake clerk, Jack the RN, the x-ray technologist, the transport team to Dr. Street – our excellent experience with the compassion, understanding and kindness has been overwhelmingly positive. We appreciate good people and service so this is important for recognizing a stressful situation with good care.
